I.T.S. Personnel is a comprehensive solution
designed to meet your company’s personnel management needs for the new
millenium and the years to come.
The core system includes information
tracking for Employees, Contractors, Visitors,
Scheduling and Timekeeping, Drug Testing, Training, Daily Activities,
Call-In’s,
Incident and Loss Control, Vehicles, Background Checking, and E-Mail is
all within
the complete system. The system also has several automated routines. A
random drug
testing selection process is just one example. Your data is completely
secure with the
multiple access levels of the system. You may also use your voice instead
of the keyboard to navigate throughout the system.
The Personnel and Contractor Logs have an
abundance of information about your
personnel. It includes a photo i.d.,physical characteristics,
department,work schedule,
and items that have been issued to them.
The Drug Testing Log is a quick reference to
information collected from all drug tests.
The Call In Log will come in handy if you need
the details of an employee's absence.
The Loss Control Log tracks all of your company
incident data.
The Daily Pass On Log is a great reminder to your
personnel of upcoming events.
The Vehicle Log includes the company equipment
number, VIN, make, model, and assignments.
The Print Forms area may be customized with the
forms that you use on a regular basis.
The Scheduling and Timekeeping
System will save you valuable time. You enter
the hours by exception only. The employees time sheet is automatically
added each pay
period. Just add the overtime or adjust hours as needed. You may also

the confidential information to various supervisors and payroll personnel.
